Josh Bloom, 42:
Suffering from stomach aches

Operations Director, Josh Bloom suffered from re-occurring stomach aches, bloating and frequently needed to rush to the toilet straight after eating. After 5 years of these symptoms and 2 doctors’ appointments to seek GP advice, the 46-year-old decided to take action himself through food Intolerancet test.

The food intolerance test revealed he had reactions to eggs and yeast. After eliminating these trigger foods, Josh’s symptoms were relieved within 3-4 days and ultimately wished he had taken the test sooner.

Over the last 5 years Josh Bloom, an Operations Director, suffered from a range of symptoms, including bloating and stomach aches, that slowly began to interfere with his day-to-day life.

“I felt dreadful, my clothes were really tight due to bloating and, therefore, mentally felt down about my appearance”.

Josh suffered from regular stomach ache and “frequently had to rush to the toilet straight after eating”. Amid a busy work life, his symptoms became increasingly problematic, especially if he was eating out in restaurants, unsure where the toilet would be.

Josh sought GP advice to see if they had any answers or insights into his symptoms, but his two GP appointments proved unsuccessful and considered their advice patronising and poor.

“I was sick of my symptoms. The doctor had fobbed me off saying it was normal. I wanted to take action as I knew it wasn’t right”.

Josh heard about Myfoodallergytest.com on the Internet and through a recommendation from a colleague, whose friend had taken the test before. Realising he had nothing to lose, Josh decided to get tested.

The process, which involves sending a strand of hair to be analysed revealed that Josh had reactions to yeast and egg. The test includes 30 days action program to reduce or eliminate his symptoms.

The 30 days program elimination process was, at first, challenging for Josh as “yeast and eggs are in so many foods, but after advice from the Nutritionist and discipline from me, easy”.

Josh’s symptoms subsided after 3-4 days; “After a few days, I started to see the benefits. I was less bloated and had one visit to the toilet and not straight after food”. Josh feels he is no longer conscious of how he looks and feels more outgoing.

“I look great, look better (in my opinion!) and I am saving money by cooking all meals myself”.

When Josh re-introduces these foods back into his diet, bloating, severe stomach cramps and frequent toilet visits return.

“I wish I had taken the plunge years ago, as I knew something was not right. I will not be introducing the items back into my diet moving forward, as I am enjoying and reaping the benefits of healthy eating. Thanks, Myfoodallergytest.com!”

Thank you for making this information quickly, easily and inexpensively available to anyone who wants to know.

This information will add to the other food allergy testing and information that we have gotten to address my husband and my health issues related to what we are exposed to.

I was surprised to see kidney beans on my report and would never have had any way to know I was sensitive. I cannot wait to see what effect eliminating it from my diet will have. And most shocking was that onion was a food to avoid for both of us! We use a ton of onion on absolutely EVERYTHING, except maybe ice cream, haha. But really, in all of our prepared dinners, every single one, we use a lot of onion, raw and cooked. Though I am sad to have to think about eliminating it, I wonder what effects it is having on us now.

We both have some skin issues, headaches, dizziness, and a few other symptoms we haven’t yet figured out the cause for.

I am anxious to see if this has anything to do with any of those issues.

I had some of these complaints but finally found a solution!

More and more physical complaints

Hi, my name is Nathalie Preston and I have this amazing experience to share with you all.
After having regularly suffered from a bloated feeling after eating, fatigue, poor sleep and problems with my digestive system. Being overweight, I didn’t have the slightest idea that these issues were related.

Overweight

I tried one diet after another. Nothing ever helped; I barely lost one or two kilos, this weight came back before I knew it. This was so frustrating. Name a diet and I tried it. I've wasted so much money that I could have spent better on nice things for me or my family.

Inexplicable complaints

Despite my countless visits to the doctor and even the hospital, I continued to struggle with a number of problems. For all those issues, I sought explanations because the doctors could not find any physical causes. I was suffering from insomnia and couldn’t fall asleep easily. I was looking for an explanation and I thought watching television in the bedroom might be the problem. After all, you often hear that it is bad to watch television in bed, before sleeping. For the fatigue problems I blamed my bad sleep. Problems with my digestion might be due to the fact that I used too many spices in my food. But maybe I also used too much (or maybe too little?) fat. I just didn’t know what to do anymore.

Depressive Feelings

All those problems without an explanation made me also depressed and lustless. I didn’t feel like doing anything anymore, always afraid of headaches, stomach ache or even worse I did not sleep anymore.

Food Intolerance Test

This test has changed my life. After following the test and the advice given, my problems had disappeared quickly. Sometimes I still can’t believe it. I’m so glad I took the step. Had I done it before, it’d have saved me a lot of nonsense. Not to mention the money I spent on all those diets.

A solution?

For years I struggled with these problems without finding a solution, until I accidentally found the ‘food intolerance test’. It seemed as if all the puzzle pieces fell into their place. This was about me! I recognized my complaints but also problems such as: asthma, chronic fatigue, eczema, abdominal pain, low resistance, migraine, overweight and even obese, sleep disorders. And these were only the physical complaints! Psychological problems such as mood swings, stress, irritation, depression also emerged in this test.

Do you recognise these problems?

When you recognize the problems then there may be an intolerance. Take an intolerance test so you know exactly what you can eat without problems. Why would you wait? The test is now offered with an attractive discount and also a nutritional advice. Don't miss out on this opportunity

David Culver:
Bloating, stomach cramps and tiredness

“My lethargy and painful bloating have disappeared
– I feel fantastic.”

  • For a few months David suffered uncomfortable bloating and tiredness after mealtimes
  • He felt too tired to pursue his hobbies
  • Had picked up an infection on holiday which he suspected triggered his symptoms
  • A friend suggested food intolerance testing
  • Cut out his trigger foods and his symptoms disappeared with his energy levels soaring

HR manager David Culver noticed that he often felt bloated and uncomfortable after eating. He also got stomach cramps and struggled with tiredness. This had a major impact on his social life as he often felt too lethargic to do anything after work, apart from slump on the sofa.

“My partner and I ballroom dance and I was too tired and uncomfortable to dance as much as I wanted to,” he explains. He also suspected what the initial trigger was for his condition. “I picked up a parasite on a family holiday to Singapore and I think it triggered my intolerances – I didn’t have any health issues before that.”

David had been referred to a specialist to treat the parasite, but treatment didn’t clear up his digestive problems and lethargy, so he had to search for alternatives. “I was discussing my symptoms with the MD of the occupational health company we use at work and she suggested trying food intolerance testing and recommended Myfoodallergytest.com.”

The process involves a strand of hair which is sent to the company’s laboratory to be analysed for reactions. The test results revealed David was reacting to a number of ingredients in varying degrees.

“Far more than I wanted or expected,” remembers David. “But rather than cut out certain foods, I eliminated them all from my diet and there was an immediate effect. I felt it would be easier this way rather than trying to identify which generated the greater reaction, as it wasn’t worth being ill.”

It certainly took discipline to cut out the ingredients from his diet, and David found it very difficult. However, he persevered and not only did his symptoms clear up, but he also lost nearly  6 pound in three months.

Now with his new-found energy levels and slimmer frame, David can resume his passion for dancing. He hasn’t looked back but if he does eat his trigger foods, the painful, uncomfortable symptoms return. “I have to be more careful when eating out, but the testing has had such a positive impact on my life. I finally don’t feel lethargic and uncomfortable.”

Rebecca Villaurel:
Migranes, feeling low and frustrated

“I feel I have much more control over my digestive health.”

Before taking food intolerance test, Rebecca suffered from extremely bad stomach pains daily, constipation and excessive gas. Her symptoms lead to her isolating herself from her flat mates at university. Her symptoms also had an impact on her mood, as she would become frustrated and feel quite low on top of that she suffered from migranes..

“It was very embarrassing, I often suffered from gas particularly in the evening and felt I couldn’t relax in communal spaces with my flat mates at uni, which resulted in isolating myself. I also felt unwell from the constant stomach pain which lead to great frustration and low mood.”

Rebecca attempted to improve her symptoms by trying different diets. She also visited her GP and a dietitian for help and advice to get rid of her symptoms, however she was unable to get the help she wanted.

“I came across Myfoodallergytest online when I was researching IBS and alternative diets that could relieve symptoms. I finally did the test a year later after becoming so frustrated with my lack of results from my GP, dietitian and trying diets such as paleo.

Rebecca was even more determined to improve her health after being diagnosed with depression.

“After being diagnosed with depression I decided to get my life in order. $75 is what you could spend on a dinner for two, whereas this test could influence my daily health.”

Although Rebecca already suspected some of her triggers foods revealed from the test, there was some that were a surprise to her.

“I had reactions to cow’s milk, egg white and yolk, brazil nuts, yeast and gluten. Gluten was something I had already guessed and have tried cutting it out but that didn’t completely remove my symptoms. Yeast was something I didn’t even consider as a possible trigger and having tried cutting it out of my diet and reintroducing it, it is clear I’m intolerant to it.”

After removing her trigger foods, Rebecca started to have regular bowel movements, no longer had daily stomach pains and even started losing weight.

“I think it took about a month for my digestive system to be working at optimum. Bowel movements actually started to become a regular thing, which was such a relief! Stomach pain that plagued me every day is now history. I quickly lost weight in the first 2-4 weeks as my diet was so clean, there was no space for any convenience foods.”

Rebecca continues to follow her new diet, with only occasionally indulging on her trigger foods.

“I am still mostly following my diet plan, I occasionally cheat and eat milk chocolate or ice cream or add some grated cheese to my dinner. Sometimes I get away with it or if I’ve gone particularly overboard with the chocolate I have a bit of a problem with gas.”

By taking a food intolerance test, Rebecca’s quality of life has improved greatly and she now feels that she has more control over her digestive health.

“Yes, I’m very pleased I took the test, it helped take the guess work out of food diaries which I have months of records of, which was of very little help. You don’t know how important good digestion is until you have awful digestion! I feel I have much more control over my digestive health.”
